Verification: mobile arm64 unit tests (PlayerDisplaySettingSyncTest / ControlDialogOsdSettingsTest / MediaBadgeResolverTest) + leanback compile + assembleMobileArm64_v8aDebug BUILD SUCCESSFUL; emulator-5554 device test: switch ON + controls hidden shows 9 persistent badges, switch OFF + controls hidden shows none, switch OFF + controls woken shows badges
