fix(tv): 弹层 chip 文字改为调色板无关常量，修复深色主题下选中项白底白字

Verification: DialogGlassChipStyleTest 6/6 通过（含新增对比度守卫与其反空转探针）；LeanbackForegroundContrastTest + TvFixedDarkSurfaceContrastTest + ThemeBaseWiringTest 通过；leanback/mobile arm64 debug 资源与编译通过；check_ui_tokens --strict 对比度 38 组 failures=0（唯一 violation item_following.xml 为 HEAD 既有、未修改、不在本次范围）
