Verification: Final tree (:app:compileLeanbackArmeabi_v7aDebugJavaWithJavac --offline) BUILD SUCCESSFUL in 15s exit 0; six reviewed changes F1/F3 leanback initView cross-frame stages + fast-path spinner dedupe, F2 Device identity prewarm, F4 badge regex prewarm, F5 overlay binder short-circuit, F7 PlaybackConfigIdentity cache with write-path invalidation, F8 prefs single-value read replacing 114KB getAll copy; device evidence emulator-5554 (arm32 via libnb) same-probe: window fps 45.3->79.3 was retracted as framestats truncation artifact, paired A/B baseline vs f8-full 3 pairs shows no measurable gain and is confounded by +44ms/min tap->START drift; documented in docs/C111-leanback-playback-loading-jank.md sections 1-13 with rollback points per item; no startup regression, no first-frame black screen
