docs(android7): add real Android 7.1.2 device verification

Add section 9 recording the end-to-end validation on the real Android 7.1.2
(API 25) device at 192.168.50.3:5587, which confirms the audit's core findings
against real hardware rather than symbol analysis alone:

- the shipped libmpv.so cannot be dlopened on API 25 (cannot locate symbol
  vkGetPhysicalDeviceQueueFamilyProperties2) while the identical command
  succeeds on API 28
- the device's own libvulkan.so exports none of the six required Vulkan 1.1
  entry points (193 ARM / 191 x86 exports inspected)
- control experiments separate the Vulkan dependency from environmental noise
- on API 25 the pre-fix View#setImportantForAutofill is absent while
  ViewCompat.setImportantForAutofill returns early, confirming the fix

Also note the houdini translation-layer artifact (St3__1 namespace) so future
native-library triage on translated devices uses the target-architecture
linker instead of an x86 app_process probe.

Verification: real Android 7.1.2 (API 25) device verification, documented in the audit's new section 9: (1) decisive A/B - the shipped v7a libmpv.so dlopened via the device's own ARM linker fails with 'cannot locate symbol vkGetPhysicalDeviceQueueFamilyProperties2' on API 25 but loads OK on API 28 with the identical command; (2) the device's own /system/lib/arm/libvulkan.so (193 exports) and /system/lib/libvulkan.so (191 exports) export none of the 6 required Vulkan 1.1 symbols; (3) control experiments confirm the probe is valid (OK on API 28) and the failure is Vulkan-specific (a probe without the Vulkan dependency loads OK on API 25); (4) A/B on the fixed defect: on API 25 'View#setImportantForAutofill' is absent (NoSuchMethodException) while ViewCompat.setImportantForAutofill exists and returns early without touching the API-26 method; (5) leanback/armeabi-v7a debug APK built and installed via scripts/build_arm64_debug_install.sh and cold-started with 0 FATAL EXCEPTION / NoSuchMethodError. Documentation-only commit; no production code changed.
