上游 webhtv/webhtv Silent1566 的 4 个提交已合并入 dev1，双 flavor 编译与全量单测零新增回归、UI token 零新增违规、mobile/leanback 双形态实机通过；本次仅补记交付坐标并同步功能设计文档，未改动任何代码。
