feat(player): 新增「切换线路不自动播放」开关，手动切线路只刷选集列表不起播

Verification: 两 flavor 定向单测通过：:app:testMobileArm64_v8aDebugUnitTest 与 :app:testLeanbackArm64_v8aDebugUnitTest 跑 FlagSwitchPlaybackPolicyTest / FlagSwitchPlaybackWiringTest / PlayerSettingTest / SettingPlaybackDefaultsTest / ThemeBaseWiringTest / VideoActivityLayoutTest(155) / MobilePlaybackFlagResolutionContractTest / PlayerPlaybackRegressionSourceTest / MobilePlayerErrorRetryContractTest / TvPlayerErrorRetryContractTest / TmdbUIAdapterTest 全绿；其余 6(mobile)/8(leanback) 失败为仓库既有 CRLF 检出产物（MpvFontConfig/MpvHlsCacheCoordinator/ReaderPlaybackRoutingSource/TmdbSourceOnlyInteraction/WebThemeTokenSource/NativeEnhancedPlaybackStyleFocus/SearchResultDownFocus），已用 git cat-file blob 证明其断言 needle 在 HEAD blob 中成立，与本改动无关
