docs(tv): 更正站点面板实测数字

上一节把「12 个站点」误写为「15 个」——15 是分组标签数量，不是一屏站点数。
按 dumpsys/uiautomator 实测更正：面板窗口 1728x842（屏宽 90% x 屏高 78%），
网格 512px = 4 行 x 3 列 = 12 个站点（此前 3 行 9 个）。

Verification: 仅文档更正，无代码改动；实测依据：dumpsys window mFrame=[96,119][1824,961] 即 1728x842；uiautomator recycler 高度 512px = 4 行 x 3 列
