c72d09092a 合并上游 fish2018/webhtv fongmi-sync 最新代码 
上游 25 个提交，主要内容：
- Exo Dolby Vision DV7 → P8.1 CSD 适配与 HDR10 回退（首帧超时、运行时失败、重建后保持）
- Exo 首帧渲染后再显示画面，首帧到达即停止启动超时
- Matroska 远端流延迟解析 Cues（仅 HTTP/HTTPS），随附 media3-extractor 构件与补丁
- nextlib FFmpeg 升级至 9.0.1
- MPV DV7 HDR10 回退保持直通输出
- 新增上游集成治理文档与 .codex 任务守卫脚本

冲突解决（3 处）：
- .gitignore：保留双方新增条目
- PlayerManager：本地已将 onPlaybackTimeout 移至文件后部，删除上游重插入的
  副本，仅把上游新增的 retryExoDv7FirstFrameTimeout() 回退分支并入本地版本
- PlaybackActivity：保留本地 onPlayerRebuilt() 与上游新增 onExoFirstFrame()

验证：mobile/leanback arm64 debug Java 编译通过；上游改动的
DolbyVisionP81ExtractorsFactoryTest、MpvAutoOutputPolicyTest、
PlaybackDiskBufferStoreTest 单测全部通过。

532be2d7ed 修复：语音广告识别全链路失效 
语音去广在此前从未真正运行过。逐环定位并修复五处缺陷，每处都有先失败后通过的回归测试：

1. UI 绑定竞态：isOwner() 在 onServiceConnected/onResume 时为 false，两次绑定
   全部落空且无补绑路径，运行时始终 ui==null 而停用所有 provider。改为在
   onPlaybackStateChanged 取得所有权后补绑。
2. bindUi 非幂等：重建 coordinator 会让已运行的 provider 变成孤儿，其候选被
   coordinator != currentCoordinator 守卫静默丢弃。同一 UiPort 重绑时改为复用。
3. 候选时间基错误：onRecognitionResult 读取缓存的 hostPosition，而它仅在
   bind/refresh/READY 时发布，稳态播放期间陈旧达数分钟。改用识别器已经回传的
   采集时间戳，并移除 provider 侧的时长钳制，由 AdSkipCoordinator 统一钳制。
4. IDLE 销毁识别器：缓冲导致位置暂时不可用时释放识别器和采集租约，每次缓冲
   抖动都重建 sherpa。改为停泊保活，isActiveLocked 将 IDLE 视为存活，并校验
   会话 id 以免持有失效会话的租约。
5. 缺少位置泵：host position 无周期性推送，provider 启动后即停滞。挂到已有的
   5 秒播放遥测心跳上。

另：邮箱容量 8 提升至 16（48 kHz 下 1 秒内即溢出）；忽略抑制键加入匹配区间，
此前所有语音候选共用 ruleId，一次忽略会静音整代后续提示。

新增受调试日志开关控制的诊断输出，用于定位上述问题。record() 的日志在锁外
并做采样：SpiderDebug 写日志是同步磁盘 IO，而 STALE_GENERATION/QUEUE_OVERFLOW
可能每个 PCM 帧触发一次，且调用方位于 ExoPlayer 音频线程。日志只输出状态、
计数和时间戳，不含识别文本、关键词、URL 与请求头。

音频管线重建加入每会话次数上限：refreshAdAudioRuntime 现由 5 秒心跳驱动，而
rebuildAudioPipeline 是完整的播放器重启，音频直通等配置下租约永远无法满足，
不设上限会导致每 5 秒重启一次播放。

同时补齐合并 beta 后缺失的 import（AlertDialog、LightDialog、
MaterialAlertDialogBuilder），此前两个设置页无法编译。

验证：Leanback 全量单测 461 类 2775 项通过，Mobile ARM64 编译通过。
MpvPreloadControllerTest 的 2 项失败随 beta 合并引入，与本次改动无关
（stash 全部改动后仍失败）。

5c4dafe09e 修复：应用图标改版漏了应用内 logo、通知栏图标与网页 favicon 
上一版重做图标（1e5b1384）只覆盖了启动器图标、TV 横幅和 Play 商店图，
另外三处承载 App 形象的资源没跟上，桌面已经是 MO 字标，应用内标题栏、
通知栏和网页管理端还是 2026-05 的旧立方体线框，同一个 App 两种标识。

补齐的三处，全部纳入 scripts/gen_app_icon.py 统一生成，不新增手工资源：

- ic_logo.png（手机版标题栏 / 电视版首页左上）
  用圆形而非圆角方形：ImgUtil.logo() 对远端 logo 做了 circleCrop()，
  本地兜底图必须同为圆形，否则配置里带 logo 时形状会跳变。
- ic_notification（anydpi 矢量 + mdpi..xxhdpi 位图）
  白色剪影 + 全透明底。Android 5.0+ 只取 alpha 通道重染，沿用带渐变底的
  图标会让整个方块都是非零 alpha，重染后变成一个纯色实心方块。
  填充比另设 FILL_NOTIFY=0.88：24px 下 M 竖干 2.27px，达到通知图标 2dp
  最小笔画；再放大边缘会贴到 24dp 边界被状态栏裁掉。
- favicon.ico（网页管理端）
  沿用原三帧规格 16/32/48，逐帧独立超采样渲染。交给 PIL 用 sizes= 缩放
  会让小帧由最大帧降采样、笔画糊成一团。

同时新增小尺寸降级：低于 WORDMARK_MIN_PX=32 就丢掉 M、只留 O 播放徽章。
16px 下 M 竖干只有 1.10px，抗锯齿后是一团灰，连"有两个字母"都读不出；
只留 O 时环厚 2.22px，且环厚/直径与字标里的 O 完全相同（0.20384），
两种形态字重一致。当前只有 16px favicon 帧走这条路径。

顺带把脚本里硬编码的两处 fill=0.64 提成 FILL_CIRCLE，并在文件头列出全部
六类落点，注明改图标必须整套重跑——这次遗漏就是因为清单只存在于上次的
提交说明里。

验证：
- mobile / leanback 两个 flavor 的 processResources 均通过
- 10 个启动器位图与 HEAD 逐字节一致，降级阈值未波及任何既有输出
- 通知位图四档确认纯白 RGB + alpha 渐变，内容框未越界
- favicon 三帧逐像素等于对应尺寸的原生渲染，非降采样；FAVICON_SIZES
  乱序输入也仍输出完整三帧
- ic_notification.xml 与脚本输出逐字符一致，无 android:tint 空操作
- ic_logo.png 600x600、四角全透明、不透明占比 0.777（圆形）
- 全仓扫描：已发布图标资源无一残留旧立方体配色

1e5b138400 优化：重做应用图标，避免与同类影视应用撞脸 
原图标是白底浅色立方体线框，与桌面上 OK影视/PickTV/影视+ 等多个应用
几乎无法区分，只能靠记位置分辨。

新图标从三处拉开差异：
- 宝蓝到亮蓝的对角渐变实心底，深色块在一屏浅色图标里唯一
- 满版 MO 字标（对应「默影视」），一屏立方体图形里唯一的文字型图标
- O 兼作播放键，内嵌三角点出影视属性

亮度由两条对比度约束夹定，不可随意调整：
- 图标中间调对深色桌面需 >= 3:1，否则糊成一片（实测 3.17:1）
- 白字标压在渐变最亮点需 >= 3:1（WCAG 1.4.11 图形阈值，非正文的
  4.5:1；实测 3.08:1）

渐变端点按各外形的真实可见范围内缩：启动器只显示 108dp 画布中央的
72dp，端点若落在画布对角顶点会被裁掉，可见部分只剩中段而退化为近似
平色。配 tileMode="clamp" 使可见区跨满完整色域。

O 直径取字高的 1.25 倍：等于字高时 O 的字怀在 48px 下仅约 5px，
塞不进能读出形状的三角。放大后环厚与 M 竖干只差 2%，字重仍匹配。

新增 scripts/gen_app_icon.py 作为唯一图标来源，字形按几何参数自绘，
不依赖系统字体，改配色或比例只需调文件头常量后重跑。同时新增
ic_launcher_monochrome.xml 支持 Android 13+ 主题图标。

验证：矢量路径光栅化后与位图像素级一致（19113 墨迹像素 0 处不匹配）；
18 个资源通过 AAPT2 编译；mobile/leanback 两个 flavor 的
processResources 均通过。
