feat: implement playback sync stable identity matching
Verification: 共享身份 fixture 3/3、Vercel 4/4、Deno 4/4、Cloudflare 6/6、Go 测试、Rust 4/4、git diff --check、task_guard check 均通过；Mobile/Leanback 编译与定向单元测试通过；Mobile arm64 Debug 测试包已覆盖安装并完成启动健康检查
