af8f04f3dc fix: stabilize mpv and ijk buffering 
Keep paused preload and buffered-position reporting active across MPV and IJK, rebuild both IJK ARM ABIs with the locked NDK 28 toolchain, and document reproducible clone-to-APK setup.
