linux/include/net/inet_common.h

Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

inet, inet6: make tcp_sendmsg() and tcp_sendpage() through inet_sendmsg() and inet_sendpage() a new boolean flag no_autobind is added to structure proto to avoid the autobind calls when the protocol is TCP. Then sock_rps_record_flow() is called int the TCP's sendmsg() and sendpage() pathes. [NETNS]: Inet control socket should not hold a namespace. This is a generic requirement, so make inet_ctl_sock_create namespace aware and create a inet_ctl_sock_destroy wrapper around sk_release_kernel. Signed-off-by: Denis V. [INET]: Rename inet_csk_ctl_sock_create to inet_ctl_sock_create. This call is nothing common with INET connection sockets code. It simply creates an unhashes kernel sockets for protocol messages.
