Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

[DCCP]: Initial implementation Development to this point was done on a subversion repository at: http://oops.ghostprotocols.net:81/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/dccp-2.6/ This repository will be kept at this site for the foreseable future, so that interested parties can see the history of this code, attributions, etc. If I ever decide to take this offline I'll provide the full history at some other suitable place. [NETLINK]: Add set/getsockopt options to support more than 32 groups NETLINK_ADD_MEMBERSHIP/NETLINK_DROP_MEMBERSHIP are used to join/leave groups, NETLINK_PKTINFO is used to enable nl_pktinfo control messages for received packets to get the extended destination group number.
