Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

[PATCH] add EOWNERDEAD and ENOTRECOVERABLE version 2 Add EOWNERDEAD and ENOTRECOVERABLE to all architectures. This is to support the upcoming patches for robust mutexes. We normally don't reserve parts of the name/number space for external patches, but robust mutexes are sufficiently popular and important to justify it in this case. cfg80211: errno.h: define ERFKILL Commit 1f87f7d3 (cfg80211: add rfkill support) added ERFKILL to asm-generic/errno.h, but alpha, mips, parisc and sparc use their own numbering scheme and do not include asm-generic/errno.h. We need to add definition of ERFKILL for them.
