sfc: Add support for SFC9000 family (2) This integrates support for the SFC9000 family of 10G Ethernet controllers and LAN-on-motherboard chips, starting with the SFL9021 'Siena' and SFC9020 'Bethpage'. sfc: Expose flash region storing boot code as MTD The boot code that appears as a PCI expansion ROM on the SFC4000 is stored in flash. Expose this as a standard MTD device to allow for in-place upgrades. New driver "sfc" for Solarstorm SFC4000 controller. The driver supports the 10Xpress PHY and XFP modules on our reference designs SFE4001 and SFE4002 and the SMC models SMC10GPCIe-XFP and SMC10GPCIe-10BT.
