Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

[MIPS] Unify csum_partial.S The 32-bit version and 64-bit version are almost equal. Unify them. This makes further improvements (for example, copying with parallel, supporting PREFETCH, etc.) easier. [MIPS] Fix optimization for size build. It took a while longer than on other architectures but gcc has finally started to strike us as well ... This also fixes the damage by 6edfba1b33c701108717f4e036320fc39abe1912. Signed-off-by: Ralf Baechle <ralf@linux-mips.org>
