Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

ide: remove some obsoleted kernel params (v2) Remove * "hdx=serialize" * "idex=noautotune" * "idex=autotune" kernel params, they have been obsoleted for ages. Fix typos in Documentation/: 'Q'-'R' This patch fixes typos in various Documentation txts. The patch addresses some words starting with the letters 'Q'-'R'. ide: make legacy IDE VLB modules check for the "probe" kernel params (v2) Legacy IDE VLB host drivers didn't check for "probe" options when compiled as modules, which was obviously wrong as we don't want module to poke at random I/O ports by simply loading it. Looks like I made it through the alphabet...just in time to start over again +too! Maybe I can fit more profound fixes into the next round...?
