Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!

kbuild: move scripts/basic/docproc.c to scripts/docproc.c Move docproc from scripts/basic to scripts so it is only built for *doc targets instead of every time the kernel is built.

kernel: build bin2c based on config option CONFIG_BUILD_BIN2C currently bin2c builds only if CONFIG_IKCONFIG=y. But bin2c will now be used by kexec too. So make it compilation dependent on CONFIG_BUILD_BIN2C and this config option can be selected by CONFIG_KEXEC and CONFIG_IKCONFIG.
