lib: add lib/gcd.c This patch adds lib/gcd.c which contains a greatest common divider implementation taken from sound/core/pcm_timer.c Several usages of this new library function will be sent to subsystem maintainers. lib: reduce the use of module.h wherever possible For files only using THIS_MODULE and/or EXPORT_SYMBOL, map them onto including export.h -- or if the file isn't even using those, then just delete the include.
