kunit: test: add string_stream a std::stream like string builder A number of test features need to do pretty complicated string printing where it may not be possible to rely on a single preallocated string with parameters. So provide a library for constructing the string as you go similar to C++'s std::string. string_stream is really just a string builder, nothing more. isystem: ship and use stdarg.h Ship minimal stdarg.h (1 type, 4 macros) as <linux/stdarg.h>. stdarg.h is the only userspace header commonly used in the kernel. GPL 2 version of <stdarg.h> can be extracted from http://archive.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/gcc-4.2/gcc-4.2_4.2.4.orig.tar.gz Signed-off-by: Alexey Dobriyan <adobriyan@gmail.com> Acked-by: Rafael J. kunit: Add gnu_printf specifiers Some KUnit functions use variable arguments to implement a printf-like format string. Use the __printf() attribute to let the compiler warn if invalid format strings are passed in. If the kernel is build with W=1, it complained about the lack of these specifiers, e.g.: ../lib/kunit/test.c:72:2: warning: function ‘kunit_log_append’ might be a candidate for ‘gnu_printf’ format attribute [-Wsuggest-attribute=format] Signed-off-by: David Gow <davidgow@google.com> Reviewed-by: Daniel Latypov <dlatypov@google.com> Acked-by: Brendan Higgins <brendanhiggins@google.com> Signed-off-by: Shuah Khan <skhan@linuxfoundation.org>
