sh: update se7343 defconfig

Update the se7343 defconfig with:
 - use 33MHz PCLK
 - increase max number of SCIFs
 - add serial console configuration to compiled-in kernel command line
 - add 8250 serial port support
 - add sh-mobile-i2c driver
 - add uio driver to export VEU and VPU
 - add usb support and isp1161 host controller
 - add dm9601 ethernet-over-usb support
 - remove smc91x support
