powerpc/44x: Update Canyonlands defconfig to support NOR, NAND and RTC

This patch adds support for the following devices to the Canyonlands
defconfig file:
- NOR FLASH
- PPC4xx NAND controller (NDFC)
- I2C RTC (M41T80)
