ASoC: hdmi-codec: dump ELD through procfs

Browse source

Use freshly added API and add eld#n files to procfs for the ASoC cards
utilizing HDMI codec. This simplifies debugging of the possible ASoC /
HDMI / DisplayPort audio issues.
