staging: fsl-mc: Update include header

With the declarations of its_fsl_mc_msi_init/cleanup() now removed
from fsl-mc-private.h, irq-gic-v3-its-fsl-mc-msi.c only needs a
couple of definitions from mc.h, so include that header directly.
