Fix the following checkpatch.pl warnings:

1: Avoid multiple line dereference - prefer
   'XGI330_RefIndex[RefreshRateTableIndex+i].ModeID'

2: Avoid multiple line dereference - prefer
   'XGI330_RefIndex[RefreshRateTableIndex+(*i)].Ext_InfoFlag'
