dm vdo: check for VDO_SUCCESS return value from memory-alloc functions

Browse source 
VDO_SUCCESS and UDS_SUCCESS were used interchangably, update all
callers of VDO's memory-alloc functions to consistently check for
VDO_SUCCESS.
