mm/damon: remove unnecessary CONFIG_DAMON option

In mm/Makefile has:

  obj-$(CONFIG_DAMON) += damon/

So that we don't need 'obj-$(CONFIG_DAMON) :=' in mm/damon/Makefile,
delete it from mm/damon/Makefile.
