SOCFPGA defconfig update

Browse source 
Remove extra un-used options in the socfpga_defconfig by doing
 "make savedefconfig". Along with this commit, add the configs to enable
 support for most filesystems, add regulator and SRAM support, and time
 stamps on printk().
