RDMA/rxe: Cleanup MR status and type enums

Eliminate RXE_MR_STATE_ZOMBIE which is not compatible with IBA.
RXE_MR_STATE_INVALID is better.

Replace RXE_MR_TYPE_XXX by IB_MR_TYPE_XXX which covers all the needed
types.
