staging: rtl8192u: Remove typedef for struct.

Challenge suggested by coccinelle.

Linux kernel coding style guidelines suggest not using typedefs for
structure.
The following Coccinelle semantic patch detects the cases for struct
type:

type td;

 struct i { ... }
