clk: zynqmp: fix kerneldoc of __zynqmp_clock_get_parents

The kerneldoc refers to __zynqmp_clock_get_topology(), but actually
documents __zynqmp_clock_get_parents(). Refer to the correct function
name in the kerneldoc.
