arm64: dts: qcom: sdx75: add unit address to soc node

Soc node has ranges, thus it must have an unit address. This fixes W=1
dtc warning:

  sdx75.dtsi:399.11-736.4: Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): /soc: node has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name
