sparc: report "Unknown CPU/FPU" for unknown cpu/fpu

Browse source

If we cannot determine the CPU or FPU report
"Unknown CPU" or "Unknown FPU" like sparc64 does.

And report with KERN_ERR that we cannot determine the CPU.
