drm/amdgpu: Change type of module param ppfeaturemask to hexint

The newly added hexint helper is more convenient for bitmasks.

Before:

    $ more /sys/module/amdgpu/parameters/ppfeaturemask
    4294950911

After:

    $ more /sys/module/amdgpu/parameters/ppfeaturemask
    0xffffbfff
