Closes the issue opened on Kernel bugzilla:
	http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8383
There's no need to print timeout without debug turned on:
	Apr 27 23:02:14 video kernel: cx88[1]/2-mpeg: cx8802_timeout
