staging: comedi: addi_apci_1516: remove unnecessary info from boardinfo

The i_IorangeBase[012], i_PCIEeprom, and pc_EepromChip data in the
boardinfo was only needed to work out the usage of the PCI bars.
This is no longer needed so remove the data.
