serial: sh-sci: Support ARM-based SH-Mobile CPUs.

Browse source

Add support for ARM-based SH-Mobile CPUs to the sh-sci driver.

Also remove the SCLSR register that is missing on sh772x, sh7705 and
SH-Mobile.
