usb: dwc3: gadget: pass a condition to dev_WARN_ONCE()

instead of using:

	if (condition) {
		dev_WARN_ONCE(dev, true, "foo");
		return -EINVAL;
	}

let's use:

	if (dev_WARN_ONCE(dev, condition, "foo"))
		return -EINVAL;
