Revert "drm/amd/display: reduce stack for dml32_CalculateVMRowAndSwath"

This reverts commit c3b3f9ba25.

This commit was a part of a patchset responsible for reducing the stack
size. However, after some other changes, this commit becomes
unnecessary, so we are reverting it here.
