Staging: wlan-ng: Remove use of __WLAN_ATTRIB_PACK__

Browse source 
Replace all ocurrances of the __WLAN_ATTRIB_PACK__ from wlan_compat.h
by __attribute__((packed)) and remove it afterwards.
