ALSA: usb-audio: Use SNDRV_DEV_CODEC for mixer objects

Instead of SNDRV_DEV_LOWLEVEL, use SNDRV_DEV_CODEC type for mixer
objects so that they are managed in a proper release order.
No functional change at this point.
