drm/rockchip: vop2: rename VOP_FEATURE_OUTPUT_10BIT to VOP2_VP_FEATURE_OUTPUT_10BIT

VOP2 has multiple independent video ports with different
feature, so rename VOP_FEATURE_OUTPUT_10BIT to
VOP2_VP_FEATURE_OUTPUT_10BIT for more clearly meaning.
