This commit fixes the following checkpatch.pl errors:

    ERROR:POINTER_LOCATION: "foo * bar" should be "foo *bar"
    #165: FILE: ./hal/odm_debug.h:165:
    +void ODM_InitDebugSetting(struct DM_ODM_T * pDM_Odm);
