MIPS: OCTEON: dma-octeon: fix OHCI USB config check

CONFIG_USB_OCTEON_OHCI is deprecated and no longer needed to use OHCI
on OCTEON II. Instead, CONFIG_USB_OHCI_HCD_PLATFORM should be used.
