staging: rtl8192e: Remove dead code involving MOVE_INTO_HANDLER

File rtl_core.c contains the statement "#define MOVE_INTO_HANDLER". As a
result, everything inside an "ifndef MOVE_INTO_HANDLER" is dead code and
can be removed.
