ARM: dts: qcom: msm8974: Add Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet

This adds a basic DTS file for the Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet, containing
definitions for regulators, eMMC/SD-card, USB, WiFi, Touchscreen,
charger, backlight, coincell and buttons.
