USB: PLAT_ORION fulfils USB_ARCH_HAS_EHCI

The various Orion SoCs, i.e. orion5x, kirkwood, dove, mv78xx0
and 370/XP have EHCI. Make sure USB_ARCH_HAS_EHCI reflects this.
