ARM: dts: imx6ull: add additional pinfunc defines for i.MX 6ULL

On i.MX 6ULL, the pin MUX and CTRL register of BOOT_MODEx and TAMPERx
pins are available through IOMUXC_SNVS. Add additional pinfunc defines.
