Revert "scsi: aacraid: Reply queue mapping to CPUs based on IRQ affinity"

This reverts commit 9dc704dcc0.

Several reports have been made indicating that this commit caused
hangs. Numerous attempts at root causing and fixing the issue have
been unsuccessful so let's revert for now.
