ocfs2: cleanup journal init and shutdown

Browse source 
Allocate and free struct ocfs2_journal in ocfs2_journal_init and
ocfs2_journal_shutdown.  Init and release of system inodes references
the journal so reorder calls to make sure they work correctly.
