pcmcia: remove left-over %Z format

commit ff5a20169b upstream.

Commit 5b5e0928f7 ("lib/vsprintf.c: remove %Z support") removed some
usages of format %Z but forgot "%.2Zx".  This makes clang 4.0 reports a
-Wformat-extra-args warning because it does not know about %Z.

Replace %Z with %z.
